Captain Briggs Policies
Because we are a small lodging facility with limited guest rooms, we must insist on the following:
- Check In is normally between 3:00 and 8:00 P.M. Check Out is prior to 11:00 A.M. Please let us know if you need to make special arrangements to check in or out at other times.
- A credit card is required to reserve a room.
- Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions.
- Rates do not include 7% Maine sales tax.
- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted
- Cancellation Policy: If you find you must cancel your reservation with us, we will need to know one week (7 days) in advance of your arrival date. We will do our best to rebook your room. If, however, we are unable to rebook your room, you will be charged one night's room rate or 50% of your stay at the full rate what ever is more. No shows will be charged the entire stay at the full rate. We do not 'overbook' rooms; when you have a confirmed reservation with us, your room is held for you personally, thus we must charge for the room if you fail to arrive as scheduled. Please consider travel insurance if your plans are uncertain.
- Children are accepted. However we do not provide cribs, or high chairs for the dining rooms.
- Pets are permitted on limited bases. Please call first.
- This is a non-smoking facility.

$135 to $160; 2-room suite $230
Winter/Spring Rates
(November 1 to May 15)
$95 to $130; 2-room suite $180
Rates include a full breakfast. There is no minimum stay.
